EU Right of Withdrawal

Under EU consumer law, buyers have a 14-day right of withdrawal ("cooling-off period") on online purchases. This right does not apply to goods made to order or to your specifications, such as prescription lenses and other custom-made items (EU Directive 2011/83/EU, Article 16(c)).
